the Moiety of £500 Left by the Will of the said Cyrill Wyches to the Hospitals
of Bridewell and Bethlem And the said Edward Billingley< no role > being
Proposed by Henry Cranke< no role > Esqr And Gens. to be Elected or Govr. of these Hospitals It is
Ordered that such Election shall be Determined by a Majority of Vote
at the next General Court and that Notice of such Intended Election be
Inserted in the Summons's for such Court

Upon reading the Humble Petition of Mary Barney< no role > on behalf
of her Brother James Innes< no role > a Lunatick in the Words and Figures follow
That Your Petitioners said Brother was born at Edenburgh and when
in his Senses followed the Business of a Pedlar but never Lived or resided in
any Part of England so long as to gain a Settlement That he is about
40 Years of Age and how been Distracted at different James for about 6
Months is sometimes Raving but not Mischievous and Your
Petitioner being unable to Support the Expence of maintaining him in
a Private Madhouse Humbly Prays Your Worships will be phased
to give Directions for his being received as a Patient into Your Hospital
of Bethlem without a Certificate Your Petitioner hereby offering and
Agreeing to Give such Security for receiving him again when discharged
from that Hospital as Your Worships shall think properIt is
Ordered That the said James Innes< no role > be admitted a Patient into
Bethlem Hospital on Saturday next upon Three Housekeepers Entering
into the Usual Bond given on the Admission of Patients into that
Hospital in the Penalty of £300

At this Court the following Poor Boys were Ordered to
be put out Apprentice Vizt.
