The Petitions of the Candiates for the Place of Surgeon to these
Hospitals in the Room of Mr. Charles Wheeler< no role > deceased being read in
Alphabetical Order Vizt. Mr. George Morris< no role > , Mr. George Newland< no role >
Mr. Joseph Smith< no role > and Mr. Henry Wentworth< no role > , And the said George
Morris withdrew his Petition And the Governers gave this Ballots
for the other three which being Cast up th Numbers appeared to be as
follows Vizt.

Whereupon The Right Worship full Sir Richard Glyn< no role > Knt . & Bart .
Alderman President declared the said Henry Wentworth< no role > to be duly
Elected Surgeon of these Hospitals till the next Election Day
