That the said Pennystone Marshall by order of Court of the 25 May
1758 Was Orderd (a Lease of a House in Limestreet Square Aforesaid
No. 8 Upon the Surrender of the said Lease by Andrew Andre< no role >
Wr. Was orderd to be made to ye Said Andre at a Court the 13 Septr
1757. at £60. P Annr Rent Clear of Taxes wr. Said Lease was Never
ExecutedYour Pihl. Therefore pray that the said Lease
May be made to Mr John Thomas< no role > Mercht . for the Remainder
of the said Term now to Come & Unexpird Your Petitioners the
Assignees Paying your Worships The arrears of Rent due from
the said Marshall Amounting to £ 60

This Court Have Duely Weighd & Considerd the said Petition
Doth Confirm the same and It is Orderd a Lease be made
Accordingly

At this Court the Three follows Poor Boys Were Orderd to be
Pul Out Apprentices Vizt.
