will choose an Apothecary at the next Court and any Person who will Apply for
the same upon enquiry at the Clerks Office at the Hospital may be Acquainted
with the Conditions upon which he is to be Admitted

Ordered That an Apothecary be Elected at the next General Court on the Terms
and Conditions continued in the Report from the Bethlem Comittee of the 1st. of Febry
last and Confirmed by the General Court of the 27th. of the same Month, and that the
Person so chosen shall comence upon the General Election Day next ensuring his
being Elected.
At the court the Persons hereunder Named were Ordered to be made free of this
City having Served their Apprenticeships in this Hospital to the Masters here under
Written.
