Lease of the said House for 7th. or 15 Years at £10 a Year rentOr he is willing to
lay out £60 in repairing and beautifyeing the premes and to give £12 a year rent if the
Governors will Allow him the said £60 in rent as the whose becomes didVrif the
Governors will lay out the said Sum of £60 Then he is willing to take a leave for the
