said half year and to take a lease of that Warehouse and the Warehouse adjoyning East and of it
(No. 21b) from Michas next for 10 Years at £35 P Ann rent payable Quaterly at the Compiling
House at Bridewell Hospital and to exemters Counterpart of such Lease what will expire
with another Lease they have (No. 22) of the Warehouse Adjoyning Eastward The Comittee
of Opinion to Accept the said Proposal All which is Nevertheless habitated to the Judgment of
the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion be Reported to the CourtThis Court having
duly Weighed and Considered the said Report doth Confirm the same

late in the Occupation of Dowsey for 2 Years from Xmas 1748 at the Yearly Rent
of £4 payable Quarterly clear of Taxes at the Compling House at Bridewell Hospital
and
to take the House in the Condition it is now in and to lay out £83..13.- in repairs
According to an Estimate Signed by him, And that all Locks, Keys, Bolts Barrs, Partitions
Chimney Peices, Hearths, and other things (Except Shelves and Uttonsills in the shop)
which are now or shall hereafter during the Term be set up in the Pines shall be left
at the enf of the TermAnd the said

the rent £5 a yearWhereupon the Comettee haveing Considered the said Proposals
are of Opinion to Accept the same upon which the said John Kedges gave half a Guinea
to the Poors boxAll which is nevertheless submitted to the Judgment of the Court
