Thursday 28th. June 1733

Bar [..] ½ ye, to Midsr. 1733

Upon reading the humble Petition of the four Beadles & Portersman of this Hospital five
their usual Gratuitys of Forty Shillings p [..] in respect of the half Year ending as [..]
for that their Salarys are but small It is Ordered that the Clack of these Hospitals [..]
pay unto them Forty Shillings a peise to be allowd him to his was Account.

B [..] Gra ½ ye. to [..] 1733

Upon reading the humble Petition of the these Beadles or Basketmen of the Hospital of [..]
for their usual Gratuity of Twenty Shillings a peise in respect of the half year reading at [..]
last for that their Salarys are but small It is Ordered that the Clerk of these Hospital do give
and pay not them twenty Shillings a peise to b allowd him in his [..] account

Apprentices made free

At this Court John Mee< no role > was Ordered to be made free of this City having servd his
Apprenticeship in this Hospital to Benjamin Thatcher< no role > one of the Artsmasters by Indre dated
the 16th. of Septr. 1723.

Bethlem Hospl.Comee to consider
Poplar for a New building at ye

Ordered that it be referrd to the Comittee of Bethlem Hospital to consider of a Plan
too a new Building to be [..] cated as the West and of Bethlem Hospital for the [..]
of [..] able Luantick Pa [..] ts and to lay the anne before this Court with their opinion what
will be the most proper method of proceeding thereon.
