of two Houses at Charing Cross
(No. 2.3.) for 61 years from Lady day 1732 at the yearly Rents of
£20. for the premisses comprized in No. 2 and at ye. yearly Rent of £26. for the premisses
comprized in No. 3That he had lately erected 2 new Houses on the Greand comprised in both
the said Leases and he apprehends in will be for the advantage of the Hospital for both the said
Houses to be comprizd in one Lease& praying that the said two Houses way be put in
