A Report was Read from the Comee to whom the Petitions of Armit
Cordwell were Referred dated the 27th day of July instant as follows
In persuance of an Order of Court dated ye 27th. day of May last
This Comee took into Consideration the Petition of Mr. Theophilus Armit< no role >
Tenant of the premisses lately burnt in Bridewell precinct as assignee
under a Lease thereof dated the 28th of Aprill 1682 made by the Governor s.
of this Hospital to Sarah Newby< no role > for 45 years which will express at Midsumr.
1727 at ye yearly Rent of £30 Praying an additional Terme of years
And also the petition of Mr. Edward Cordwell< no role > who held part of the said
premisses by Lease from ye said Mr. Armit praying an additional Terme
in
