James Tee< no role > apprentice to Mackin has served about half his time
negligent in his business & hunders the other apprentices from their work, guilty
of Swearing and lying, and beats the other apprentices particularly one of em'
about 3 Months ago with a stick about the head that he is in such a Condico [..]
it is doubtfull whether he will ever be well being honbled with fitts ever
since run away the 26th. of Decemr. last & was taken in the hospital Yard
about five days after It is ye Opinion of this Court (ne [..]
coutradirente) that ye sd James Tee be corrected at the next Court
in the presence of ye rest of the Apprentices and that he be at ye
same time told if he does not behave himselfe well for the futher he
Shall upon the next Complaint be Corrected agen and Stappd & turned
out of the housein the mean time to be kept to the Block.

Michael Leonard< no role > apprentice to Gillingham has served about six Months
privately took away a pair of shoes and hat of his Masters son and another
apprentices Turnover, and Sold it for Six pence then run away the begining
of Decemr. Last and stai [..] Ten days and his Mar. took him agen and ye
Tuesday after Xmas day he run away agen & Staid till Fryday night
following & then privately got into the Cellar of his Mars. house where he
was found a Sleep That in the time he was last away he stole a Silver
spoon from one of his own relations and coufessed where he sold it &
declared that he lay in a house which was robbed and Stippd is
neghgent and spoiles his work It is ye Opinion of this Court
that the said Michael Leonard be at the next Court corrected before
the rest of the apprentice and stripd & turned out of the hospital
nemme contradicente in the meane to be kept to the Block.

Lighterman agrees to take a Lease of a house in the Precinct late in ye
occupation of Pritchard with such Covenants as are usually contained
in the Leases from the Governor s of this hospital to there Tenants
in the Condition it now is for Twenty one yeares from Christmas
next at Thirteen pounds P Annum rent payable quarterly and
to do the Repairer mentioned in a paper now given in and Signed
