Esqr . Mr. Depty . Robert Stamper< no role > and Mr. Christr. Bateman< no role > dated
the 30th. day of Novemr. Last as follows vizt.

Robert Manning< no role > of Wapping Cooper haveing proposed to pay fifty
pounds fyne and two pounds P Ann Rent for a Lease (with such Covenants
as are usually Contained in the Leases to the Hospital Tenants) for
the Term of Forty Nine Years and a quarter to Comence form Lady
Day last Of two Small peices of Ground on the East side of
Brewhouse Lane in Wapping being part of the premisses which
were held under two Severall Leases (No 11. No 12) from the Governor s
of this Hospital, the One to Amos Ford< no role > and the other to Deborah
Pearce

Opinion to Accept the said proposeal This Court doth Confirm the said

as follows ViztThis Comittee in pursuance of an Order of Court
of the 23d. day of July 1714. have Considered of the Petition of Robert
Munden
< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. Setting forth That Edward Etterrick< no role > held Eleven Tenements in
Old Bethlem under a Lease dated the 14th. of July 1684. for thirty One
years from Michal 1683. at the yearly Rent of Twenty six pounds
which Lease by Severall Measn Assignments became vested in the
Petr. and Expired at Michal 1714 And praying a Lease for Twenty One
years or such other Term as the Court should think fitt And the said
