sent to worke at the Hemp Clocks by the last Comittee) and
also Richard Bell< no role > and George Ives< no role > all whom they said they
beleived tobehave been in the said Tumults Then the Court
asked if any of the said Apprentices would make an
in genuous Confession of their fault and discover who were
the Ring Leaders that night and who used upon such
occasions to goe out with Staves upon which they might
expect the favour of the Court And Richard Bestman< no role >
John Owen< no role > and Richard Bell< no role > offerred to make such a
discovery and were examined a part but their
Confessions not being Satisfactory to the Court Itt is
Ordered that the nine last menconed boyes be sett
to worke at the Hemp blocks And 'tis further
Ordered that it be Referred for the Commee of this
House to Examine into the matter of the said
disorders and to punish the Offenders as they Shall
see fitt and also to Enquire into the behaviour of the
Artmasters of this Hospital as to the Management
of their Apprentices

Also at this Court Itt is Ordered That
Daniel Brattle< no role > Esqr . be added to the Comitted for the
Hospital of Bethlem for the year Ensueing in the
roome of Mr Thomas Allison< no role > who was therein
twice named

Also at this Court Mr Wm. Tindall< no role > delivered
a proposeal in writeing to make a Discovery of a
Concealment of £2000 given to this Hospital
by Sr James Campbell< no role > sometime Lord Major of London
by his Will dated in Febry 1641. to be paid out of the
remainder of £10000 left and if posed of by a Codisell
to his said Will And that there was by the said Will above
£4000 P And left to make the Will good and that Mr
Twime the late Clorke to these Hospitals had made a
Considerable progresse there in haveing taken out She
Will which was long and that he had attended
