To make ein any allowance they thought fitt in liew
thereof Whereupon the Comee was of opinion that the
Beadles be allowed each of one Thirty Shillings yearly in
liew of the money they have usually taken for Sumoning
prosecutors to comence from Lady day last and that
for the future they take no money for any Such Sumons
Thos Court haveing duely weighed and considered the sd
Report Doth Confirme the same
