Upon Readeing to this Court the Report of a
Comittee under the hands of Mr. Trear Gardiner John
Turvine< no role > Esqr Mr. Jno. Cottle< no role > Mr. Samll Warburton< no role > Mr Jno.
Shelton< no role > and Mr. Jno. Turness< no role > wch Report is in these words Vizt.
In persuance of an Order of the 8th of December last
wee whose names are hereunder written have viewed
the Stairs Wharfe and passage at Wapping Dock and
do find the stairs very much out of Repair and in ye
passage a Kennell very prjuditiall and Dangerouse
to the house it adjoyns to being putt out of its former
currant and upon Complaint of severall of the Hospll
Tenants do find that one East (who prtends title to the
prmisses) as Assignee of one Merryhurst takes Wharfe
age of Severall of the Hosplls Tenants contrary to the
power in his Lease granted by the Hospll. as also of severall
other persons who are likewise Exempted by the sd. Lease
And hath likewise viewed Execucon Dock where wee
find a Turnpike contrary to the freedome of the place
and to the prjudice of the Tenants exacting Severall
Rents as Pticulary £3 of one and Severall other Sumes
of others and wee do likewise hear that some Psons have
formerly applyed themselves to the Hospll. for a New
Lease of the Stairs Etc. at Wapping dock wch is not Yet
granted Therefore do desire That no Lease be granted
either for Execucon dock or Wapping dock wthout
further consideracon and that the Clerk of these Hospll
do Enter the same upon the Rent Roll of these Hospll.
all wch wee Submitt to the judgemt. of this Court
And this Court haveing duely Weighed and consideredthe
the sd. Report do confirm the same Accordingly
