Alsoe upon reading the Certificate of Capt Phillips
and Mr. Bolsworth (Two of the Governrs. of these Hosplls:) That
upon Inquiry they doe finde, That Edward Stone< no role > Pinmaker
who was brought up an Apprentice wth: Wm. Elsebey< no role > Pinmaker
(one of the Artsmars : of the Hospll of Bridewell ) And who was
Since made a Freeman of this Citty by the Approbacon of this
Court is sett up for himselfe in his said Trade and is partner
wth: one Tho: Bird< no role > That they have Furnished themselves wch:
Tooles necessary for carryeing on the said Trade And that
the said Edward Stone< no role > hath a good report Itt is Ordered by this
Court That Mr Trear Baker doe give and pay unto him Tenne
pounds out of the profitts of Mr Locks Gift the better to enable
him to carry on his said Trade to be allowed Mr Trear in
his next account.

inquiry they doe finde That Wm: Jerman< no role > Weaver who was
brought up Apprentice wth: Wm: Brown< no role > Weaver (one of the
Artsmars . of the Hospll. of Bridewell ) and who was since made
a Freeman of this Citty by the approbacon of this Court, is
sett up for himselfe in the Trade of a broad Silke Weaver and
lyeth upon his own Bedd and worketh upon goods and very
well deserveth part of Mr Locks Gift, Itt is Ordered by this
Court That Mr Trear Baker doe give and pay unto him
Tenne pounds out of the profitts of Mr Locks Gift the better to
enable him to carry on his said Trade to be allowed Mr Trear
in his next account
