George Edkins< no role > of Hungerford Markett in
the City and liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex Musicianer Maketh Oath and
saith that the abovenamed Defendant Assaulted
ther abovenamed Prosecutrix on the Seventeenth
day of November last with an intent to Rob
her as he verily beleives And this Defonent
further saith that he attended the Public Office
Office in Bow Street on the Nineteenth day of
the same Month and Entered into recognizance
tp Prosecute the said Defendant but being entridly
ignorant when this Court was Open During the
time the grand Jury were fitting that the neglected
to Attend to proper a Bill of Indictment against
her pursuant to his re [..] zance and further saith that he did not neglect [..] attending through any Rew [..] or Affection And therefore
hopes this Honorable Court will be pleased on that
Account to permit him to discharge the same
