Middlesex Prisoners who remained upon Orders.

22 Edward Steeart< no role > , otherwise Harris, committed on suspicion of assuslting Frederick< no role >
Hahn on the highway in the county of Surry, and robbing him of 2 purses and
some money. And detained for assualting Barbara Hahn< no role > and Louisa Hahn< no role > , on the
highway, in the county of Surry, and robbing them of two purses containing
one guinea and some silver. Ordered to be sent to the common gaol of the said
county of Surry[Taken since his escape for a robbery in the county of Surry,
and is in the New Gaol there, by name of Jones.]

received by him as one of the collectors of the poor's rate, and not paying such
money. Ordered to remain on his commitment.

45 Terance Sheen, otherwise Sheeby, convicted in September session of felony, was fined
one shilling, and ordered to be imprisoned one year.

46 Mary, the wife of Charles, adey, otherwise Mary Layd, otherwise Mary the wife of
Frederick Farmilo< no role > , standing indicted for the wilful murder of William Barnett< no role > ; and
on her trial for the same, the jury having found a verdict specially subject to the
optinion of the judges, ordered to remain.
