Middx to wit

The Information of Martha Keppel< no role >
and James Bays< no role > Taken before me one
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the said County

Who Severally being upon Oath Say and First this
Informant Martha Capel for herself Saith that about
half past two o'Clock this Morning she was passing by
the Bull and Gate Inn in Holborn when she was
Met by two persons who are now present who call themselves
John Walworth and Christopher Plumley< no role > This name instance is in set 978. who were both
in Company together and Saith that the said John
Walworth
< no role > with great Violence tore her Apron from her
side which is now here produced and saith that the said Apron is her property and Saith that the said
Christopher Plumley< no role > at the time the said Other person
so took [..] the Apron as aforesaid knocked her down will
Great Violence and they both imediately ran away and the
said James Bays for himself saith that he is a patrole of
the Parish of Saint Giles and about the time above mentioned
Saw the said two persons now here Ran very fast by him
and he Suspecting they had been doing wrong pursued
them when he saw the said John Walworth< no role > East the Apron
from him which was upwards of two hundred yards from
the place where the said [..]
