Sir
I hereby let you know that I am in a very Weak Condition
Still, being Bedridden that is Incapable of Assisting myself
having had my both Arrow broke, And also been troubled
with a Rupture, therefore desire upon Receipt hereof
you would Remit me £3..3s..0d which you may do
by paying it to Mr. Bather's Book Keeper at the
Castle & falcon in Aldersgate Street London, who
will give you a Bill, for the Money for me to Receive it in
of westry, his name is Tottingham I am
