Stallard
< no role > deced maketh oath that divers years ago
her Said late husband lived in & rented a house the
Corner of Coopers Court upper East smithfield in
the parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the Sd
County & was Charged to & paid Poors Rates for the
Same as he has informed this Depont & which She
believes to be true That her Sd husband to her
knowledge or belief did not afterwards do any Act
to gain a Subsequent Settlement elsewhere
That She this Deponent was lawfully married
to her Sd husband & Since his death hath not done
any Act to gain a Settlement for herself.

lately gone away from her to places to her unknown
& She can give no Account respecting his place of
Settlement Save that he has informed her that he
was a Native of Ireland That She previous to her
Marriage with her Sd husband & When a Single woman
was hired & lived as a hired Servant by & with Mr.
Young a Victualler in the parish of St Botolph witht
Aldgate in the Sd County & Continued in Such Service
under Such hiring at Certain Wages for the Space
of one Whole year & upwards & has not Since done
any Act to gain a settlement elsewhere Save what
She may have Acquired by her Marriage That she
was lawfully married to her Sd husband by whom
She hash a Child now living Aged two Months namely
Mary< no role > the lawful issue of this Deponent by her Sd
husband.
