Thomas Haswell< no role > a Certificate Person from this Parish
to Wimbledon in Surry was as he had been credibly
Informed Intitled to two Houses at Kingston upon Thames
& that he being Poor & having a Wife and 5 Childn. was
kept out of Possession by Persons no way Intitled to the
Same therefore moved this Board that they would Order
the Vestry Clerk to make Enquiry concerng. the Haswell
Title to the sd. Houses

Ordered and agreed that the Vestry Clerk
make Enquiry concerng. sd Haswells Title to the sd. Houses

The Ovrs. Accot. 1750 was passed & Signed by the
Inhabitants

Ordered that the Clerk take an Accot of sevl. persons
lodging in Houses let into Tenements (whose Laudlords
do not pay the Poor Rate) and Examine whether they have
Settlements in this Parish & if not Summon them to Shew cause
why they should not be removed not having Certificates
