Read & Auditted the Churchwardens Accts. for the Month of

At the same time Read & Auditted the Overseers Accounts for
the same Month amounting toŁ531..18..9
The Overseers of the Poor for the year 1786 paid Ł100 to the
present Churchwardens and took up their Note of Hand payable
to them or their Successors
At this Meeting made a Rate for the necessary Relief of the
Poor for the 1st. Quarter be at 6d. in the Pound Rents & that the
Vestry Clerk Rate the Books accordingly
Ordd. that a Committee be Surveyed Appointed to Survey the
New Buildings
& to Estimate the Value & Recommend to the
Overseers what Sum to Rate them at
That the Committee consist of one Person in each Ward vizt.
