pursuant to Notice.

This being a Meeting called for the Purpose of
Examining Harriet Russel one of the Apprentices
who had came away from the Cotton Mills at
Sheffield. She was Called in and Say'd.

That she went in 1790 to the Neighbourhood of
Sheffield to the Mills of Messrs. Middleton Wells & Co.
that she Remained there for Seven years

That the Employ is to Spin Card & Wind Cotton
She was employed in Cotton Winding.

That in Summer they begin Work at Six
That in Winter they begin at Seven
That they work till 7 & 8 in the Evening
That their Diet is as follows
