A Bill from Joseph Hayling< no role > the Lamp Contracts for
Lighting the Lamps one Quarter to the 25th. March last £206 [..]
another from Willm Meredith< no role > the Pavior One Quarter by
Contract for the Strand £22..3s..4d and another from Richard
Ruddle
< no role > the Mason for work done the same time
amounting to £17..10s:9d and another from James Brown< no role >
the Smith for work done for One Year Ditto amounting
to £3..14s:0d being severally read and the Inspector
Examined thereto Resolved that the said several
Bills be paid for which purpose three of this Committee
signed Drafts on the Bankers for the amount of
such respective Bills payable to the said respective
Persons or Bearer

Signed a Draft for Eight Pounds payable to
Willm Nurse< no role > or Bearer for One Year's Rent of the
Warehouse due Lady day last

Mr. Morgan Thomas< no role > attending on behalf of
Mr. Shelly who was Summoned relative to a Heard
in Norfolk Street Ordered that leave be given that the
Heard be continued for One Month longer Mr. Shelly
keeping strictly within the meaning of the Act of
Parliament

Resolved that this Committee will advance
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of this
Parish the Sum of Two Hundred & Fifty Pounds
out of the Monies ariseing from the Paving Rates
in order to their Payment to the Treasurer of the
County the Sum lately by Levied on this Parish for
raising Men for the Sea Service, for which purpose
three of this Committee signed a Draft on the [..]
for the said Sum which is to be delivered to them
on a joint and several Note of the said Churchwarden
and Overseers for Repayment of the said Sum at
One Month after date
