Ordered that there be affixed up in the Vestry
Room and upon the Church for Publick Inspector
an Account of every Penalty imposed upon and
Contractor by the Act of Parliament, and also of
Penalties contained in every Contract for Nonperfect
thereof and the made prescribed for Recovered
or Levying thereof and also the times when
the respective Streets Lanes and other Passages and
Places are to be cleansed and the Lamps Lighted
and cleaned

Also an Account of the Penaltys contained
in the Act of Parliament heretofore Published
by the Committee

Ordered that the Clerk advertize for Propose
in order to Contract for the Scavengers Work
Lighting Lamps and Repairs of the Foot and
Carriageways within this Committees Jurisdiction
for One Two or Three Years (at the Option of
this Committee) from Michaelmas next, the
Proposals to be delivered in the 20th- day of
April next at Five in the afternoon

A Letter from Messrs. Meredith relative to the
Nonpayment of the Ballance of their Bill
for New castle Street being Read Ordered that
the Clerk write to Mr. Jackson requesting
immediate Payment thereof agreable to his
undertaking of 31th. March 1786.
