30 years upon her Oath saith that on the
12th. day of August 1781 she Intermarried with
David Beattey< no role > her late Husband who she has
been informed has been dead about Eight
yearsMonths at the Parish Church of Portsea in
the County of Southampton by whom she
hath Three Children living namely Mary< no role >
aged about Nine years Sarah< no role > aged about
four years and David< no role > aged about Two years
That her said late husband informed this
Examinant that he was an Irishman and
never gained a Settlement in England
That she this Examinant is (as she has
been informed) the legitimate Child of John
Johnson
< no role > & Elizth. Freeman< no role > who were married (as
appears by a Certificate which this Examinant
has seen) at the Parish Church of Charles within
the Borough of Plymouth & County of Devon
That her said Father & Mother informed this
Examinant that she was born in Purlleigh Street at Lynn in
Norfolk in the parish of Lyme Regis in the County of Norfolk that she this
Examinant never was bound an Apprentice
lived as a hired yearly Servant for Twelve
Months Rented any house Tenement or
Lodging of Ten pounds a year paid Taxes
or done any Act Matter or Thing whereby
she
