Upon Oath saith that she was Married to her
presentlate Husband William Lott< no role > at the parish
Church of Crediton near Exeter in the County
of Devon (by Banns) 24th June 1759 . that her said
Husband after the said Marriageher said Husband
Rented and resided in an House in Great Shire
Lane in the parish of Saint Clement Danes in the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
between seven and eight years at the Annual
Rent of £15 that He quitted that House about
five years ago and never after during his Life Rented
any House or Apartment of £10 a year paid
parish Taxes or otherwise acquired any subsequent
legal Settlement to the best of this Examinant's
knowledge [..] information or beliefandthatsince
her said Husband Died about ten Weeks ago and
she hath not since been Married or obtained any
legal Settlement in her own Right that she hath two
Children both provided for
