which is likely to be borne a Bastard or Bastards &
to become Chargeable to the Parish of St. Clement Danes
she being poor & not able to maintain the same when borne
& that one William Collins< no role > did begett the sd. Child or Childn.
on her Body he the sd. Wm. Collins< no role > at such time liveing
a Yearly hired Servt. with this Exaiant at Mrs. Perham
in Milverton in the County of Somersett where he became
Acquainted with her & had Carnall knowledge of her
Body in the Month of March last & at sevll. other times
since at one of which times he gott her with Child of
the sd. Bastard Child or Children with which she is
now pregnant & that he the sd. Willm. Collins< no role > & no other
Pson is the true & reall father thereof
