Edward Barrett< no role > aged 81 Years or thereabouts
upon his Oath saith that he was born in the Parish
of Alhallows Moore in the County of Hereford that
upwards of Fifty four Years since & whilst he
was a Singleman he was hired to live -with Sr.
William Langhorne< no role > at Charlton in the County
of Kent for one Year at the Yearly Wages of
Eight Pounds that during the time he lived with
the sd. Sr. William Langhorn< no role > he Intermarried with
his present Wife Frances< no role > but notwithstanding his
sd. Intermarriage continued in his sd. Service
upwards of one Year & a halfe that since he
left his sd. Service he never was an Apprentice
Rented Ten Pounds a Year paid Parish Taxes
Served any Parochial Office or otherwise
gained a Settlement in anyother Place to his
knowledge or beleife
