To wit Esther Margaret< no role > aged
26 or thereabouts upon her Oath Saith
That she never was Married, That
she lived with Mrs. Brett of Eastmead Street , and
afterwards of Eastmead Fields (both in the Parish
of Walcot in the City of Bath ) as a hired yearly
Servant for upwards of Four Years at the
yearly Wages of Eight Guineas, That she quitted
such service about 4 Years ago, That
since she quitted the same, she has not
lived as a hired Yearly Servant for the Space
of Twelve Months [..] nor done any other
Act Matter or Thing whereby she may have
gained a Settlement to the best of her knowledge
or belief
