Ann Jones< no role > Aged about Twenty Nine Years on her Oath says
she is the Widow of John Jones< no role > who has been dead upwards of Two
Years ago Says her said late Husband lived as a Covenanted
Servant with a Shoemaker at Wrexham in the County of
Denbeigh in Wales & where her said Husband was born but
what her said Husbands Masters Name was she cannot set
forth but that he never gained any or. Subsequent Settlement
And further on her Voluntary Oath Says that on the 26th.
day of June last she was delivered of a Male Bastard Child
in the Workhouse belonging to the Parish of St. Clement Danes
in County of Middlesex which has since been baptized by
the Name of John< no role > and is now chargable to the same Says
that one John Culverwell< no role > a Servant to one Mrs. Tindall
at Stoney Hill Bristol is the father thereof he having had
Carnal knowledge of her Body some time in the Month of
October last but the particular dayshe does
not remember [..] at [..]
which time he got her with Child of the Male Bastard Child
of which she was so delivered as aforesaid and that the said
John Culverwell< no role > and no other person did beget the same and
that he is the real and true Father thereof
