John Dyke< no role > on the behalf of Jane Gray< no role > an Infant aged about
ten Years on his Oath says that George Gray< no role > her father (who is
gone away and deserted her) Rented and lived in a House at
low Cross in the Parish of St. James Clerkenwell in the County of
Middlesex for one Year or thereabouts at the Yearly rent of ten
pounds as he believes hath quitted said house about three Years
ago since which time the said George Gray< no role > or ever rented house
paid taxes or has done any other Act where by to gain a
subsequent Settlement to his knowledge or belief neither hath
the said Jane Gray< no role > since her said father has deserted her
