Mary Phillips< no role > Aged about Twenty two Years on
her Oath says she never was married Rented House
or paid Taxes says she was born in the Parish of Pash [..]
in the County of Worcester and never gained any other
Subsequent Settlement And further says that on the 14th.
day of May last to the best of her knowledge she was
delivered of a Female Bastard Child in the House of One
Mr. Paine a Staymaker in Holywell Street in the Parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex which
hath since been baptized by the Name of Mary Ann< no role > and
says that one Morrison Hodges< no role > a Calico Printer who went
[..] at Bromley Hall in the County of Middlesex is there
and true Father thereof he having had Carval knowledge of
her Body the beginning of August last past but the Parliament
time she does not now remember and at several different
times afterwards at one of which times he got her with Child
of the Female Bastard Child of which she was so delivered
as aforesaid and that the said Morrison Hodges< no role > and an
other person did beget the same and that he is the real
and true Father thereof. Mary Phillips< no role >
