to wit Elizabeth Burt< no role > Aged about Nineteen Years on
behalf of James Burt< no role > her Brother an Infant Aged about
Seven Years on her Oath Says that her Father John
Burt
< no role > Intermarried with her late Mother at Salisbury
as she has often heard her said Father and Mother decla [..]
Says her late Father hath Seven Children by her late
Mother all of whom are provided for Execept the said
James Burt< no role > as she Verily believes Says her late
Father John Burt< no role > Rented and lived in a House at
Sutton Scotney in the Parish of Sutton Scotney in the
County of Southampton known by the Name or Sign
of the White Swan for Two Years or thereabouts at
the Yearly Rent of Thirty Pounds or thereabouts and
paid all Parish taxes due for the same hath quitted
the said House upwards of Two Years ago and after
her said late Father quitted the same he never Rented
Ten Pounds a Year paid Taxes or ever gained any
other Subsequent Settlement neither hath the
said James Burt< no role > her Brother
