Mary Phillips< no role > aged near 80 Years upon Oath saith
she never was married and that she lived a Yearly Servant
with Sr John Phillips< no role > at Kilgetty in the Parish of
St Tessels in the County of Pembroke for two Years at the
Yearly Wages of £3 and has left her sd Service near 10 Yrs.
since which she has not rented ten pounds a Year paid
Parish Taxes lived a Yearly Servant for one Year or
otherwise gained a Settlement in any other place to her
Knowledge or beleif and further upon her Voluntary Oath
saith she was taken in Labour Wandering in the Street
in the mean Parish of St Clement Danes in the County of Middx
in the morning of the 9th. of Decr. last and being brot.
to one of the Parish Nurses of the sd. Parish was there
the same morning delivered of a female bastard Child
which has been baptized Mary< no role > and this Examinant
further maketh Oath that at the time of her being
taken in Labour as aforesd. she was intirely destitute of
money & Lodging
