Henry Worth< no role > Surgeon to 1st. Regimt. of
Foot Guards being sworn deposeth that
on Tuesday Morning last (the 8th. Instt
he was celled to the deceased along 7 o Clock
in the Morning at the Barracks Hyde
Park where he found him lying on his
Back on the landing place and he had
him immediately removed from thenceupon
and put up on a Bed in the Barracks [..] he hain [..]
last a vast Quantity of Blood Mich
apprened to proceed from his Koue which
was lac [..] nled very much and he immed [..]
ably applyed [..] two Twinquits above
the K [..] ce to stop the Effusion of Blood
and immediately sent for the Suryem of
the Regiment and they removed him [..] nv
thence to the Hospital belonging to the 3 [..]
Regimt. of Tool [..] uerd in York Street
Westmr and tehy the [..] ght it necessary
that an Amputation should be perf [..] ned
which was done but before the operat [..]
on was oner the deceased died and that
his death was occasioned by the Waunds
be had received in his Leg and Thigh
but does not knwo ha [..] the Accident happened
