Informations of Witnesses
taken this 13th May 1798 at the
dwelling House of William Turner< no role > the Sign
of the town in Silver Street on new of the Body of John
Shaw

Rebeccah Shaw< no role >
being sworn saith that the War the Wife to the
Deced & had been married abt. eleven years
that he has been infines to the House
since 14 Octr. last His Disorder was an
Astha & a Decline in Jury & feby
1797 be used to vomit great Quanti [..]
of blood 3 Quat at a time He has
frequently shit Blood & Sunday Evening
last near 8 o' Clock & he was sent for
[..] & found Mr Radcliffe & noo other in
the drambe assisting the Deced who had
vomited a Quantity of Blood he was laid
on the Bed, he never spoke & died immediately
[..] Daniel of the Faculty was sent for
but said he could [..]
