the Sign of the Falion in Sutton Street in the Parish of
Soho on view of the Body of Thomas Wellins< no role >

being sworn saith that the Deced but he was rent for
to the Deced on the Tuesday in passion week
be found the nund of the Deced a Good
affected he told the Deced that if it had
not been for his Nesbould have died &
Mobubly the attendance of this Dept might
tort tone that Event from this & other
Circumstance a partculars and cited by him he is
firmly of opinion that the Deced was diranged
he cut his throat on Easte Tuesday on thelastRazor & lived
till Saturday day morning last the origin of his
disorder was after or frengy on the
Brain
