Wm. Atkinson< no role > Apothecary Pall Mall being
sworn deposeth & saith that he has been
intimately acquainted with the deced 26 years
last past that last Saturday he called on the
deced & complained much & asked him how
he appeared in the face. This Dept recommended
Physic but he only consented to take com
Robert [..] he did not see him again
till wednesday morning last between
11 & 12 & still complained [..] he
was sent right & further said that his
uncle had recommended Wm Co
apply to Sr Turtan This Dept. saw
Dr Tunlaw this Morning [..] & unless
he saw Ld Moores's laid Ld.
Mount morres saw Dr Turtan on
Thursday morning & he presented for
him & the deced promised to [..]
the Prescript to this Dept. but he
never did Dr Turtan dines this day
with this Dept. & on being informed
that the Prescript has were been sent
this Dept. made up the medecine the
same Eveng (Thursday) sent A told Mount Morres & he took it
Dr. Turtan said that he found the Deced
much disconcerted in his Mind & Lo. Mount Morres
asked if he should consent Dr Willis

wch. their Dr Turtan read by acquainted with
they both went this Eveng told [..] Morres
at ½ part 7 o'Clock unto complained
greatly of his mind & that he was much
dissatisfied Dr. Turtan went away & this
Deptremainedremained a little longer & then went
away - this dept [..]
[..] think there was something [..]
[..] which appressed & distressed his mind & wth, was
observable in his countenance & inded.
Ld M. Morres said himself that he
was not right in his head Ld Mount
Morres sent yesterday Morning at 6
o'Clock for a Repetition of Dr. Turtan
Medicines this Depts. young maid
went with the medicines & gave them
to the Deced he found him perfectly
dressed & he only desired to see this Depts
as room as went out this dept came
he a little before 11 o'Clock yesterday
& found he had that himself this Dept
has seen him at times very collected
& other times rather disturbed & uncollected
there were at times certainly when he
was not perfectly collected [..] in his Mind
