Informations of Witnesses seve-
-rally taken and acknowledged on
the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the
King touching the Death of Thomas
Smart
< no role > at the Dwelling House of
Edmund Larner< no role > the Sign of the
Coach and Horses in Silver Street
Golden Square in the Liberty
aforesaid on the second day of
January in the thirty fifth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Third before
Anthony Gell< no role > his Majesty's
Coroner for the said City & Liberty
on an Inquisition then and there
taken on View of the Body of
the said Thomas Smart< no role > then and
there lying dead , as follow,
to Wit.

John York< no role > , Journey man Baker of lodger at the Coach &
Horses Silver Street , aforesd. being sworn
deposeth & saith that he was in Company
with the Deced at the sd House on Friday
Eveng last Sevt. other persons were in
Company with them they had drank
some Liquor but he does not believe
they were much intoxicated with
Liquor the Dept. has known the
Deced afterward of 6 yr. & that he knows
