Deposeth
that on Saturday the 9 August 1794. William
Jackson< no role >
and the Deced being together in St. James
Market about 5 O' Clock in the Evening that some aggravating Words form the Deced
to the said William Jackson< no role >
he the said Will
Jackson said if he repeated those Words again he would give him a Screw, upon
Which He went round to the Deced [..] Jumped the [..]
from the Shop Board I Collared the said William
Jackson< no role >
and dragged him on the ground for the
space of three yards the Dept. further saith
that the Deced pinned for confined him with
his face towards the Ground when he got loose
