day ofAugustSeptr. 1793 at the House of Mrs.
Brotherton in Little St James's Street
Parish of St. James Sign of the King's Arms
touching the Death of James Barter< no role > .

Ann Conway< no role > No 8 Thatched House Court , St James
(Mr Margam) being Sworn saith, that
two Boys [..] Playing with a Dog belonging to
Mr Willis of the Thatched House on the 29
August last that the said James Barter< no role >
was also standing in the said Court &
looking at the Boys playing with the said,
& it so happened that the said Dog which
running knocked the said James
Barter to the Groundimmediately the
Boys & this Deponent can to the Assistance
of the said James Barter this Dept
took the said Jas. Barter< no role > in her Arms
& immediately blood spring out of it Ears
