An Inquisition Indented, taken for our Sovereign Lord the
King at the Dwelling House of R Boxalls in Hill Street Beckley Square Parish of St. George Hanover Square Sign of the Coach & Horses
within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter, Westminster ,
in the County of Middlesex , the fourth day of April 1793 in the thirty third
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, by the Grace of God, of
Great-Britain, France, and Ireland, king, Defender of the Faith, and so forth, before Anthony
Gell
< no role > , Esq . Coroner of our said Lord the King for the said City and Liberty, on
View of the Body of William Osingbrook< no role > then and there lying dead, upon
the Oath of the Several Jurors whose Names are hereunder signed and
Seals affixed

good and lawful Men of the said Liberty, duly
chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the
King, when, how, and by what Means the said William Osingbrook< no role > came to
h is Death, do upon their Oath say that the said William Osingbrook< no role > on the twenty sixth day of
March in the year aforesaid at the Parish and in the liberty aforesaid To Wit in
Hayes Mews Hill Street was then and there trimming the Heels of a certain Horse belonging
to the Right Honble Dowager Lady Darnley (and which said Horse she had lined of
Mr. Ward of Mount Street ) It so happened that the said Horse accidentally casually
and by Misfortune gave unto him the said William Osingbrook< no role > a Kick on his Forehead
and of the Wound occasioned by such Kick he the said [..] and Osingbrook did languish
and languishing did live untill the second day of April Instant On which said
second day of April he the said William Osingbrook< no role > of the Wound aforesaid did
die: And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said
William Osingbrook in manner and by the Means aforesaid accidentally
casually and by Misfortune came to his Death and not otherwise. And that
the said Horse was moving to the Death of the said William Osingbrook< no role > and is of
the value of One Shilling.

In Witness whereof as well the said
Coroner as the said Jurors leave to this Inquisition set their hands and
Seals the Day year & Place forst abovewritten
