who informed Dept. where Deced hold with Mess Crewe and
that he had Rode with themfrombehind a
Carriage, and Deced told this Dept. that he
had fellen from behind a Carriage and
had a great pacis on his left side, Says
that the Deced was sensible and walked have
into South Audley Street, this Dept. and the
too Footmen going with him, and Dept.
left him there.

William Turner< no role > Servant to Mrs. Morant
in Park Lane on his Oath saith That on
Tuesday Night last George Richards< no role > the Deced
get up behind this Dept. and his fellow Servant
who were riding behind Mr. Marants Coach
[..] in Upper Brook Street, That he told
Dept. that he should go to the Play, That as they
were going up Hag Hill Deced said to Dept.
that he would got down, and [..] be at
Mrs. Walpole in Down Street at half hour
past Twelve, Says that he did not half hour
past Twelve, Says that he did not hear the
Deced go down, but when the Coach got to
Mrs. Walpole Deced was not there, upon which
Dept. went back, and found Deced, being helped
from the top of Hay Hill towards the Watchman's
Box, Complaining of being hurt and putting
his Hand to his left side, the Deced being then
Sensible and said he would walk home
which he did, and [..] his follow Servant
the Watchmanandwent with him and assisted
him home, where Dept. gave Deced his Watch
which he had taken charge of at the Watch box
Says that Mr. Morant at Mrs. Walpole asked Dept.
if he was hurt or if anyBody [..] fallen from
behind the Coach and Dept. Answered not to his Knowledge
and Dept. asked Deced How he was hurt and,
Deced Answered that hefellhad a fall and Dept.
believes that the Deced fell from behind the Coach
at the top of Hay Hill. and reced the hurt.

by William Turner< no role > his Fellow Servant
is true.

Grosvenor Square Surgeon on his Oath saith
That on Tuesday Night last he this Dept.
saw the Deced at Miss Crew's when he
complained princes pally. of his left side
That on Examning hish Dept. found that
two or three Bebs were broke and very
considerable In spirit to the Internal parts the Head
having likewise reced some Injury Says [..]
that the Injury on the left side was the
cause of the Death of Deced, and Dept. think
that the Injury abovementioned might have
been received by a fall from behind a Coach.
