Tuesday Night last the Twenty fifth Instant
about Ten o'Clock this Dept. was going up
Hay Hill in the Parish of St. George
Hanover
Square
when he saw the Deced lying on
his Back about four Yards from the Corner
Post at the Upper End
of Hay Hill
, Says
that he appeared to be dead but on taking
hold of the Deced fre perceived there was
Life in him, That he called a Watchman
who assisted Dept. to lift the Deced up
and to carry the Deced into the Watchman's
Box where Dept. left him in the care of the
Watchman, the Deced having said that [..]
should be better anon, and said thathe cant
he was much hurt on the left side, and
pointed to it, but did not complain of
having received the hurt from any Person

when he heard a Man
call out, Watch, saying that a Man lay in
he Street, Says that he went to the Man and
saw the Deced sitting on his Backside in the

that he as [..] to lift up the Deced, and to
carry been, to the Watch box, where he complained
of a hurt on his left side, but said that he
was better, Says that two footmen come there
