that any Injury was done to the Deced
by any Person whatever and believes
that the Deced Accidentally fell down the
Back Stairs and reced the hurt [..]

Joseph Ferdinando Gillio< no role > of Hill Street
Berkley Sauare Surgeon on his Oath
saith That between One and two o' Clock
this day Dept was desired to come to
the Deced at the Marquiss of Landsdowns
House in Berkley Squar Says that he
went and foure'd the Deced at the
bottom of the Back Stairs, having a
large lacerated wound on the right
Taurple and over the right Eye
part of the Sevll being [..] and
alis a lacerated Wound of the Sealp
on the back part of the Head Says that
the Deced was insensible, That upon
the Deced's being removed into the
Kitchen by the order of Dept. and placed
upon a Table & during the farther Examinn
of the Wound Deced had an Inclination
to Vomit, which gave Dept. hopes that there
were move Powers than he first apprehend
Says that he went home for some Instrumts
and returned in seven or eight Minuts
and Deced died in about a Minute
after Says that he wore a further Examined of the Body
in the presence of the Jury Dept diseced
a Fracture of the Seull on the right Orbit
about an Inch in length on the frsertal
Bone which he believes to be the comce
of the Deced's Death.
