the Deced appearing to be deced, Says that
an Apothecary was fetched who said that
he was dead, and Dept. believes that the
Deced threw himself out of the Window
the Key being in the Lock on the inside
of the Door.

Matthew Jones< no role > on his Oath saith that he
arrived with the Deced from Gib [..] on
Sunday the thirtieth of July last Says that
they had been there several Years this
Dept. being a Miner in the Artillery
Company and the Deced a House Carpenter ,
Says that the Deced in his Voyage home
appeared at times to be Disordered in
his Mind.

Verdict,

That James Carey< no role > being a Lunatick
on the Sixth day of Augt. 1786 threw
himself out of a Garret Window in
the Dwelling House of Isaac Jepingham< no role >
in Bridge Street in the Parish of St.
Margaret Westmr . and thereby reced
a Concussion of the Brown of which
he Then and there died.
