when the Waggon was loaded Digves called
to Dept. to take care; and immediately
moved the Horses forwards about ten
Yards in order to being the Cart to the loaded
That one of the Boys cryed out that a
Boy was killed upon which Dyves picked
up the Deced saying that he was as dead
as a Robin, Dept. says that he immediately
took up the Deced who appeared to be
dead and Dept. thinks that he was Crushed
by the off wheel of the Waggon against
the Wall Says that he believes that Dyves
did not Know that the Deced was near
the Waggon, and that the Injury which
the Deced reced was merely Accidental

Oath Saith, That last Night her Brother
informed her that a little Boy was killed
in Laugley Street, upon which she went
there and saw the Deced lying upon
the Pavement there, his face and Head
being very Bloody; Says that he opened
his like [..] several times but did not
speak, and died in about ten Minutes
Says that [..] a Man with a Whip
in his Hand stood by the Deced and laughed
saying Your Father a Mother will never
send you to Steal more Grains, That he
then went to fetch an Apothecary and
said

said on his return that he would not come
And Dept. [..] [..] that William Divers< no role > was
the Man that laughed, but is not certain

Thomas Parker< no role > at Mr. Fallowfield of
Castle Street Smith on his Oath saith That
last Night about Nine o'Clock a little Boy
(whom Dept. did not Know) coming along
Langley Street, told Dept. that a Boy by
dead in Langley Street , upon which Dept. were
to the Deced who lay upon the Pavement
there the Head and Face being very Bloody
Says that there was a Man with a Wagon
Whip on [..] Stood by the Deced and laughed
and sometimes walked about, and thinks
it to be the Man now Show to him (whose
Names is William Divers< no role > as Dept. is informed
Says that the Deced opened his Lips several
times and died in about ten Minutes
That the Waggoner said that the Boy's [..]
Father and Mother Should keep him at how
and not send him to Steal Grains, And
Dept. says that he does not know that the
Carter went for a Doctor.
