Informations taken this Tenth
day of March 1785 and Tothill Fields
Bridewell in the Parish of St.Margaret
with in the Liberty of Westmr. in
the County of Middlesex upon an
Inquisition touching the death of
John Ferguson< no role > a Prisoner there.

John Palmer< no role > a Prisoner in Tothill Fields
Bridewell in the Parish of st. Margarat
Westmr . on his Oath saith That he has been there
upwards of five Months, Says that the
Deced John Ferguson< no role > has been Prisoner
there about five Weeks, being afficted
with the Gravel and a Supperssion of
being having a Bladder between his
Lees into which his Water Drained
that his Parish continued and his Private
Parts Swelled very much, Says that
Mr. Hanbury there surgeon attended him last Monday
and Tuesday, and sent a Pill for the
Deced which he took, but Dept. beleives
that he did in a Natural Way of the
complaints abovementioned, and Dept.
believes, that the Deced was not ill used
by any Person in said Prison, That
Deced had his Allowance daily from the
governor, but for he two last days was
not able to Eat it.
