that the Deced gave himself the wound in
the Mouth with a Pistol Ball discharged
out of the said Pistol, Says that the Deced
died there immediately, Says that
the Deced for about a fortnight complained
to Dept. of his not being well, and that
he was sometimes Melancholy and
low Spirited, and Says that Deced was
particularly so last Night.

on his Oath saith, That John Ayre< no role > the Deced
within the last week frequently complained
to Dept. of his being ill & had a pain in
his Bowells, And this Dept. Says that the
Deced appeared to be Melancholy and
low Spirited.
